Re-formed in 2018, the OBHS Sports Council is a body that governs sport in the school. Led by a strategic plan that encompasses the opportunity for every boy to enjoy a quality experience.
Values led, the role of the OBHS Sports Council is to lead the individual sports committees to construct programmes, develop quality coaching and ultimately make being part of our sports community enjoyable.
Structurally, the OBHS Sports Council governs each of the sport committees that sit in the school. In turn the OBHS Sports Council sits underneath the Board of Trustees, this ensures that the school's vision and mission is upheld.
The current OBHS Sports Council is:
Mr Owen Booth (Chair)
Mrs Clare Challis
Mr Laurence Potter
Mr John Kyle
Mr Craig Cumming (Director of Sport)
Mr Richard Hall (Rector)
